Refund Policy

 

We do not allow returns or refunds for any purchases made through our website. All sales are final and non-refundable. WE ONLY PROVIDE EXCHANGE ON WRONG PRODUCT/SIZE/DAMAGE

-PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY FOR ANY EXCHANGE AND CLAIM.

PLEASE MAIL US ON VASTRACOLLECTIONOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM WITH YOUR ORDER ID FOR ANY ISSUE. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
To be eligible for a exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

NOTE- THIS POLICY IS SAME FOR ALL CUSTOMERS.

OUR COURIER PARTNER WILL PICK YOUR PRODUCT WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER APPROVAL OF YOUR EXCHANGE, WE REQUEST YOU TO KEEP THE PRODUCT ALONG WITH THE LABEL.IN CASE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE LABEL THEN PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME,ORDER ID AND CONTACT NUMBER ON PAPER AND PACK IT WITH THE PRODUCT.

-ONCE THE PRODUCT IS COLLECTED SUCCESSFULLY,PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US SO THAT WE CAN PROVIDE FURTHER ASSITANCE FOR EXCHANGE.

-AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT WE WILL CHECK THE PRODUCT ANF SEND YOUR CORRECT PRODUCT BACK.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGE

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically get your exchanged product on your address within 10 business days. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange,please contact us at vastracollectionofficial@gmail.com.

 

Cancellation policy:

After you placed an order from VASTRA COLLECTION, order can’t be cancel once placed. You can  change the size or product after order but you can’t  cancel the order or we will not provide any refund for that, you can change the order before shipment only. After shipment of product, you can’t change the order. if you want to change please inform us in 2 days ON WHATSAPP 9610043060 or email us on vastracollectionofficial@gmail.com
